Where's the Steam?
This product markets itself as a steam inhaler but has no electrical connection- no plug or batteries. So where is the steam coming from? They want you to pour hot water from the tap and inhale that. Even hot water from the tap doesn't produce the type of steam that is significant enough to clear the sinuses. Very disappointed Vicks would put out a product like this and market it as a steam inhaler.

No utility
We can use any container to do the steam inhale. What’s the point in hearing the water from other source and using Vicks steam inhaler as a container to pour and do the steam inhale

Uncomfortable to use/no boiled water allowed
I wanted to use it with hot water and some essential oils+tea, but can't pour boiling water therefore-there is no warm steam to inhale. It's inconveniently short so you have to hold it or bend over holding uncomfortable posture. It doesn't fit nasal area. I threw it away after 1st use.

Better to buy a steel glass
Don't buy this item, as it is better to have a steel glass with hot water for getting more steam than this one.It is not having external power supply, you have to pour hot water into it for getting steam and the water should not be boiling water.
