Sturdy product and excellent customer service.
This rail performs exactly as expected. Sturdy, highly adjustable and the long reach of the foundation tubing keeps it from sliding around. Looks attractive too.Very satisfied with the product and especially the hassle-free customer support. We had a problem with a locking clip and they were very responsive to getting me a replacement in just a couple of days. I would buy from this seller again.

Yes, yes, yes. Do not hesitate.
This was the best purchase I have ever made. At least that is how I feel just a day after "installing" it into my parent's bed after my 86 year-old dad's hip replacement. It was impossible for him to get in or out of bed on his own after surgery, perhaps because his bed was so soft he couldn't push himself even up to a sitting position. On day 5, this bed cane arrived in the mail. We practiced using it, but Mom still had to swing his legs around for him. I was so scared that would be too hard on her own fragile hips. When I returned this morning, Dad was overjoyed because he had learned how to use his good leg, bent at the knee, and his elbows, as three good limbs to move himself close to the edge of the bed, then wrapping his closest arm under and around this rail he began to pull himself up, then he grabbed it with his further hand to help swing himself around. Of course, he again used his close arm to push against the rail as he began to stand. It was much less painful for him than when we were moving his legs for him.I might add that he used his good right foot to "grab" and move his operated leg to swing them onto the edge of the bed together. The design of this feels sturdy. The long part stretches under the mattress so far that there is no fear of it moving around. There are no legs, so it goes up and down well when dad moves his hospital-type bed. Of course, he makes the bed flat for both getting in and getting out. I looked at many models. His physical therapist recommended this one. I almost didn't get it because the advertisement picture makes it look very long- like a third of the bed in the middle, but then I read the measurements, and it is only 12" wide, and actually looks pretty cool.My mom gasped with joy when she saw it. She said she had often wished she had something like that to help her over the years with her own hip and knee replacements.Deepest thanks to the designers and manufacture.
