When my package arrived today I was super excited. I opened it and it was a tablecloth. Understandably my heart skipped a beat. Then I heard a knock on my door. The stickers got swapped with my neighbour's in the packaging process. The delivery driver was super helpful tho and rectified the issue within five minutes or so. Neighbour got their tablecloth and I had my headset.The sound is great and Sonar gives endless options for tweaking the sound balance just the way you prefer it. The spatial audio setup in sonar is also pretty handy for gaming immersion.The only thing I would give a warning about is that sidetone is automatically on. It's a setting that allows you to hear yourself through the noise cancellation so that you can make sure not to yell into the mic. This is incredibly bothersome for me. You can turn it off from the SteelSeries software by going into Engine and selecting the headset; from there sidetone can be easily turned off.The build quality is also really nice for the headphones. I have a smaller head and they don't feel loose or floppy. They fit nicely and the elastic headband is soft. The ear cushioning is also super comfy even with glasses on.Overall great product just a minor hiccup in delivery and strange default settings.
