It's an oil filter that is no longer available.
I use this filter as an extended length oil filter for a 2015 Chevy Volt.The company is out of business, so I'm not sure how useful this review is.

Extended use oil filter.
Really keeps my oil clean for many, many miles and can extend oil changes, thus saving money in the long run. I like the double by-pass filter feature that helps keep your oil cleaner.
