Disastrous Customer Service Experience: Faulty Air-Conditioner
Purchased an air-conditioner from Amazon in November 2023, and it's been nothing but trouble since. Within five months, the unit stopped working altogether. I reached out to Amazon's customer service, hoping for a quick resolution, but boy was I wrong.After countless phone calls and emails, they finally assigned a service agent. However, despite repeated promises, no one bothered to show up for inspection. When I managed to get hold of a technician, he claimed he couldn't come because he didn't have a car! Can you believe that?It's utterly frustrating dealing with a company that fails to deliver on its promises and provides no viable solutions. My patience has worn thin, and I'm left with a useless air-conditioner and no recourse.

Worst experience of Super general window AC being a prime member
I Bought brand new super general window AC last year on July 2023 and on Sep 2023 the problem came up. Not cooling at all. They took the AC to fix it and had to stay 2 days with out AC.They dint even replace it, New AC just got it fixed.Now again it’s second time the problem arises. Does-not cool.The worst experience being a prime member of Amazon.

Delivery guy also did the fitting
Good part was that the delivery guy did the fitting of AC also.Overall going good, will update the AC condition after using it at least a month.

Can't cool the small room
AC makes too much noise, can't cool the room.Unnecessary sound comes from the AC.Can't even sleep well.Kindly please take it back so I can purchase another product.I am not satisfied even 1%.Will never recommend to anyone
