I bought this for my husband who turned 50 years old as a whole - what was happening when you were born theme. This was the first of the gifts that he actually reviewed intensely. Well done and he learned a lot (which is saying something for a man with a Ph.D. in history)! Definitely worth the money if 1971 means something to you.

Nice glossy cover. Covers major news and cultural items of the year, also some surprising trivia. A good read.
