I'm not sure what makes this a "yoga" bra. The straps are super flimsy and the tabs would stick making it time consuming to get my boob available to my baby. Skip this version and get their regular bra, which is great--it's far more supportive, has thicker and stronger straps--its what I use when I exercise and go to yoga class.

I love the Bodysilk nursing bra, I have it in every color, it’s amazing and the only nursing bra of the 5 brands I tried that worked for me. I have broad shoulders and went from a B to a DD because of nursing. The classic Bodysilk bra was and is a total win. This bra is cute and the fit is very similar to the classic Bodysilk with one unfortunate difference. The metal connectors that allow it to Convert to an x cross style bra in back dig in horribly. This bra has to be both tight and stretchy in order to accommodate the changing volume of lactating breasts and those features in this design make it unwearably uncomfortable over the course of a day for me. Two stars because it is everything it claims to be, and probably works great for a lot of people. I don’t normally write reviews but I saw in the Q&A for this product someone asked if the fit was the same as the classic bra, and had I known that the connections could be an issue I probably would not have purchased.

I was ready to love it, and I AM keeping it because it will serve a purpose. But I'm pretty largely busted right now (36-38 F/G) and I when I wear this bra I miss the separation I get form underwire. I thought it might be more comfy given it's stretchy-ness, but because it doesn't quite offer the support I need, I feel like I'm just smooshed and hanging. **Weirdly though, it still has a very nice shape, and I like the fact that the straps can be crisscrossed for tank tops or whatever. I also like the padding for nipple hiding.I guess I'm just extra sensitive, being pregnant, with how a bra will affect my breathing and this one didn't quite offer what I was looking for.

I wear this all the time but it doesn’t support that well. Only wish it supported a bit better. Otherwise it is well made. I sleep in it and walk around the house in it etc. But do need to wear a real bra to go out. I have a pretty large bust so if you have a smaller bust it may work better for you in regards to support as it is a nice quality piece.

Comfortable. Supportive. True-to-size. Easy to use during pregnancy and for nursing after. Holds up well. I highly recommend.
