WWE: The New and Improved DX

I recently The New and Improved DX to relive some of my favorite memories from my childhood as I had this DVD when I was a kid. This DVD is a 3 disk set that features DX's return in 2006 and mostly their rivalry with the McMahons from that year which is excellent. I did buy this DVD as used but in good condition. Upon receiving it I noticed some box art damage which doesn't really bother me however when I looked at the condition at the disks they were scratched up. Upon seeing this I tested each disk in my PS5 which can be used as a DVD player and all of them did work. The 2nd disk was the most scratched up on in the collection. I've included a photo of it in this review I'm just disappointed with the quality of the disks but I'll be watching this DVD in full to make sure the disks don't skip or anything like that.

The orignal DX helped form the "attitude" era of the WWE. Is this worth it the second time around though? Alot of fans said it was immature and they should grow up. Me, I personally though its what WWE needed at the time. The wrestlers, McMahons, and the Coach giving there takes on D-X in full character mode. No comment is candid as they are just playing along, which makes this dvd seem like a movie rather then a real life wrestling dvd where you have wrestlers talk about one anther truthfully. The dvd is jammed pack with key moments and matches. The first dvd is the best with D-X impersonating the McMahons. The is probably one of the funniest moments in the history of Raw. I forgot how funny Triple H and HBK were until I watched some moments from this dvd. Sure it doesnt seem as groundbreaking as the stuff they did in the late 90's but still funny. The dvd is well put together- as it evolves week to week showing what D-X did on Raw. Every match they were in as a team is presented here from Raw, ECW, and the PPVs up until Survivor Series. Really good dvd set and I highly recommend this to fans of D-X.

I already got this movie back when it came out but I got again here for my friend because it was his birthday and he's been wanting this from me for awhile.But any way great return of DX of 2006 through 2007 pretty funny I still wish I had the Vince loves you know what t shirt.three disks of the usual never ending feud of DX the spirit squad with Vince an Shane McMahon and then on disk 3 it changes to a feud with Edge and Orton pretty good but I liked seeing the funny ass jokes about Vince loves cock the thing thaat will have you rolling on the floor is either when triple h and Shawn Michaels make fun of the McMahons(Vince and Shane)or when they try to get the Cocky mascott for Vince.overall really good three disk set of DX and the case has a play action of card board triple h and Shawn Michaels with little pull action that makes them do the famous crotch chop.LOL.peace out.

To the people in the previous negative reviews whining about this DVD only having the "newer" DX and not any of the older stuff--what did you expect? The DVD is called the New and Improved DX. Thus, it would only be logical that it includes stuff about the new DX. If you want the older stuff, buy the original DX video that was re-released on DVD by WWE last summer.As far as THIS DVD is concerned, anybody who is a fan of the reborn DX with HHH and HBK (and judging from the amount of merchandise they've sold, that's a lot of people) should be pleased with it. It has almost everything they've done together since DX was reformed, with interview clips and full matches thrown in for good measure.

This is a great dvd for all true wrestling fans such as myself to have in your wrestling dvd collection. If you have a wrestling dvd collection like myself this is a must have & it's@a great price. I would truly suggest all hardcore wrestling fans like me to buy this dvd & add this to your wrestling dvd collection!

Only thing I didn’t like was it used to come Little tabs that u could pull inside so the triple H and Shawn micheals would do the X but it doesn’t com with that anymore it just a picture of cartoon them but it still an amazing movie especially if u were a fan of DX

DX IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST TEAM EVER IN WWE. THIS DVD HAS DX'S BEST AFTER THE WERE FORMED AGAIN. FUNNY MOMENTS AND GREAT MATCHES. THE BEST MATCHES ARE. THE HELL IN A CELL MATCH,WHEN DX TORE APART THE MCMAHONS AND THE BIG SHOW. THE STREET FIGHT MATCH,WHEN DX DESTROYED CADE AND MURDOCK. AND FINALLY THE ELIMINATION TAG MATCH,WHEN DX,HARDY BOYZ AND CM PARK DEICMATED TEAM RATED RKO AND REST OF THE VILLAGE PEOPLE. I'VE JUST GOT TWO WORDS FOR YA!! BUT IT CAUSE IT ROCKS ALL THE WAY.

The funniest duo in WWE, makes me laugh every time I watch it.If you're fan of school wrestling, this DVD is a must have!

On se marre en regardant du bon catch et en admirant les péripéties de Triple H et de Shawn Mickaels. L'un des scénarios à long terme les mieux pensés de la WWE pour un tag team, avec quelques retournements de situation intéressants, et une équipe qui sait haranguer et soulever les foules.J'ai comme unique reproche à faire à cette série de 3 DVD pour un total de 9 heures de catch (!) qu'on sent vraiment que c'est scénarisé, et autant la performance sportive est très louable, autant le jeu d'acteurs est ridicule et les blagues sont souvent téléphonées. Mais toutefois, on se marre bien malgré tout.Je n'étais pas une grande fan de catch, et aujourd'hui je ne le suis toujours pas, mais la découverte de DX en 2009 m'a donné envie de m'intéresser de plus près à la discipline. 10 ans après, mon amour pour cette équipe est toujours intact.

Watching it now! It's great old times and always a laugh for sure. Fun times Indeed!
