Large silver leaf necklace

Description

This handcrafted leaf impression pendant is large and substantial, and is a perfect statement piece for nature enthusiasts. The pendant began as silver metal clay, which I impressed with a real leaf. It was then fired in a kiln, resulting in a solid piece of 99.9% fine silver. The edges of the leaf have been made darker through an oxidization process in order to highlight the leaf shape. I have given the silver a satin finish. This is a one-of-a-kind necklace; due to the unique method of using real plant life in the design, this necklace could never be exactly duplicated.
