I like the flavor, as is. I made my cup in the morning, noticed the energy it gave me. I only had half a tall mug maybe 5 oz. and didn’t have my normal appetite...( not sure if the tea helped with that) and by the time I ate dinner.... almost immediately after that. The CLEANSING took place. So I’m assuming it’s the tea. Will come back to update my review after some more use.

Good laxative

I enjoy a cup just before I go to bed each evening. I’ve gotten hooked on it; it’s a somewhat unique flavor that I really like.

Taste great by itself. But took 3 days in a raw with only 4oz of water did not work. Purchased another product instead. Having to take 2 tea bags for it to work defeats the purpose.

I did not realize that this would act as a cleanse of sorts. I actually enjoyed the tea a lot, with honey. The next time I made a larger cup with two tea bags. The next day, I was stunned at the result. It emptied me out, but not in a harsh way. I read the box after the fact. It suggests not having more than two tea bags in a day. So now I am careful to use one at a time, much smoother on the bowels. Great product!

This stuff is awesome. Since taking this (I’ve ordered it 3 x’s) I have been using the bathroom every morning & my weight has been a steady 137-138lbs. Also it’s not uncomfortable when I go. It’s normal. Great product
