Do I need a smartphone to use DFit wristband? To configure and sync DFit you'll need the HPlus Watch App, which is available for iOS and Android smartphones. App download QR Code and address are in the instructions. How to turn on/off DFit wristband? View the product picture first. Touch buttons are hidden in the time following. Long press the touch key 4 sec to turn on the wristband. When power icon and "DFit V..." shows on the touch screen, long press the touch key 4 sec to turn off the wristband. How long is step count shown on DFit wristband? After walking 10 steps, you can get step count on DFit wristband. What should I do if I'm getting inaccurate heart rate readings? Inaccurate readings are usually caused by poor contact between the heart rate sensor and your skin. Make sure that DFit has a snug fit on your forearm, about 2 finger widths above your wrist bone. If you have a very small wrist, wear DFit higher on your forearm. You can also try wearing DFit on the inside of your arm. If your body hair is deep, it may affect your heart rate value.

Not so sure!!
I loved my watch at first, now all of a sudden it can't and won't communicate to my phone, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program, resetting my phone and still can't get it to work!! Not sure how to contact company except to write this review!!! Here's hoping that somebody will contact me!!!

Nice Fitness Watch (app version used 2.9.19)
The watch is good. I have read some users wanting to change the time from military to normal. It is through the Hplus Watch App version 2.9.19. The new version 3+ has issues the older version of App is good.It supports, time, heart rate (real time via the old App), steps taken (realtime), calories burnt, notification alerts from mobile calls, messages, distance travelled, calories. Use the old App 2.9.19

Buy cheap, buy twice!
Good points. Cheap, comfy, looks good. Bad points, cannot read the screen in bright light, heart rate monitor is very inacurate, the app is very basic and graphs lack scale. I couldn't get the app to work on my Samsung phone so had to load it up on an iPad.

Dissapointing
Dissapointing. I have 2 friends whose watches are at standard time and mine shows military time. And I cant find where to change it. May be a return

I love the real time heart rate
I love the real time heart rate, incoming call and message reminder, waterproof bracelet. Perfect for my wrist, really lightweight. It fit for android and IOS system. If you want to use all the functions, you have to download "Plus Watch APP" firstly. When I connect phone and bracelet by bluetooth, it can auto sync the time. I love the waterproof bracelet. I always use pulse rate monitor, set "All day HR"to test heart rate and the screen saves time can be changed by "screen save timer". Fitness bracelet have many functions such as incoming call and message notification, pedometer, sleep management, sedentary reminder, etc. I guess I don't use it as much as a fitness tracker (it syncs with the app on mu phone for steeps and charts it just fine) as I do for call/text notifications. It's an amazing and affordable fitness tracker. Also, I would like to rate DF yours consumer service department with 5/5. They are very kind and love keeping contact with the costumers. Such as professional company. I give him a strongly recomendation. I have no words to express my satisfaction about this product.

Don't expect it to last over two months because it will not!!!
Loved it for about 2 Months, after that it wouldn't sync to my phone any longer. I can't find any help online either. Long term waste of time and money

Hunk of Junk
This is a piece of junk nothing on it worked right I wore it during a work day (I work in a call center) and the thing somehow said that I had gone 2500 steps and my heart rate ranged from 40 to 250 I am trying to find something positive about it and I can't. It is not even heavy enough to be a paperweight so I would call this "thing" the very definition of "useless". Also, when I reached out to the seller for a return they offered a 10$ refund. Buyer Beware !
