ARIAT Women's Crius Insulated Jacket

I bought this a gift and loved it so much I bought myself one. Does run true to size and the color is even better in person.

This is the warmest coat, I think I've ever owned

Nice style and look. Bought a LG but if you want extra room for a hoody you might want to size up.

Fits like a box

I ordered size XL so I could layer a hoodie under this if needed. This jacket it so warm! I was outside In Oklahoma weather for about 2 hours in 30* weather with wind blowing pretty swift. The wind does not cut through it. My legs were so cold but the jacket kept my upper body warm.Also, a nice surprise was that it has a conceal carry pocket! Seeing how I have a carry concealed license this is great.

I order larges in other Ariat products and they are usually true to size/fit well. I saw someone comment about ordering size up if want to wear multiple layers; however my normal size large was on sale for half price, and I actually recently returned a large of another size coat due to it being a bit big in the shoulders. But this coat, even with 0 layers underneath, couldn't even pull closed let alone zip up! Not sure how sizing can vary so much to not even be able to zip without layers on vs another style zip fine over a hoodie and still not be terribly tight. Given the XL isn't on sale and I needed the item for a planned event tomorrow, doubt I'll be repurchasing in a larger size. Which is unfortunate because I really wanted to like this jacket :(

I purchased this in January 2024 and love this jacket but definitely go a size larger than your usual. Its a nice fit and very warm. Unfortunately the zipper has split open from the bottom several times now. I've had it more than a month and apparently Amazon won't exchange for this reason.
