Scrumptious However
I confess that less than a few days ago I suddenly had a strong craving for both salmon and salmon skin for a couple of days which indirectly influenced my purchase of this 3.7 ounce bag of Irvins brand Salted Egg Salmon Skin. This Irvin's brand Salted Egg Salmon Skin has a delicious taste to it with the right amount of oil and seasoning and the right amount of crispy crunch snacking. The only caveat to this yummy snack is that it is the last snack that one would consider cheap.

Great Taste. But too Expensive
I absolutely love the taste of this unique product. They are really delicious. However, the tiny amount that was in their $34 bags is HIGHWAY ROBERY. But I figured there had to be a mistake and took a chance to re-order again. No mistake. I was actually mad when I opened the bag again because the bag was nearly empty and full of mostly crumbs. I it's highway robbery and I'll not throw away $34 a third time. They are not that good.

Super delicious, almost healthy, totally overpriced
This is for 1 bag and for 3 bags versions, we got both. That much one would spend on fresh quality salmon with skin, in the quantity sufficient to make the amount of the snack delivered: the snack is pure flavored skin, so where is the salmon :)? The taste is most delicious and the texture is ideal for a crunchy snack:very crispy, yet fragile enough for the cracking-it effort to be a symbolic effort only. "Addictive" it is. A must for keto people. Two complains about the ingredients:(1) oversalted (the taste is salt-balanced, but the sodium persantage is too high), and(2) maltodextrin is present, as well as unidentified "permitted colorants".The ingredient part of the label is not pictured in the product's description. When others ask for the list of ingredients, somebody answers: almost correctly , but skipping maltodextrin (as of the timing of this review). So almost healthy.

Pricey, but delicious!
These are simply amazing, like pork rinds, but fishy, and healthy! All the tasty crispy bits of skin like you could get from a pan fried fish, beautifully seasoned. (It's easy to eat the entire bag in a single setting if you're not careful.)The only downside is the price, at roughly $4 an oz it's not something you can really justify snacking on regularly, but as an occasional treat, it absolutely worth picking up!

Delicious fish skins
The moment I laid eyes on these, I knew I'd like them, and indeed I do. A crispy/crunchy battered salmon skin - don't let the salted egg drive you off, these are delicious. I liked them so much I bought more for my father, who also liked them. A very authentic flavor - not too salty, not too greasy, not too rich. Now you don't get a huge amount in a bag, and you pay quite a bit for it relative to other salty bagged snacks, but it's definitely worth buying as a treat now and again. I fully intend to do so.Would recommend.

Overprices and Taste Gets Old
Was really interested in trying it as I had heard a bunch about the product. The first few bites are great but keep your serving sizes small because, after a while, the taste is no longer appealing. Not sure why. It is very expensive per ounce as nutritious snacks go.

Salmon Skins are awesome
These skins were Very Tasty!! My only dislike is the price for a bag of half air and half salmon skins that were mostly crumbles . I would love to purchase more often but the price is steep for the small amount that comes in the bag!
