I ordered the pack fo 2 and only received 1 and now I'm having to wait for days to get my refund back. Terrible

I thought it would be a lot thicker but it has a watery consistency.

Effective moisturizer

This product is a great moisturizer for the hair. I have 4b/4c hair texture and this leaves my hair and scalp soft and moisturized for days after wash and gos and twists. I love using this while my hair is wet and dry. 10/10 would recommend. The only thing is the way it was sent. It was sent in just a plastic bad with the pumps already attached and it leak all over the bag. Luckily the product was full and intact but still.

I love the smell and it keeps my hair nicely moisturized. I use this a bit differently than others for the most part though. I have a spray bottle that's filled with water, about 2-3 pumps of this moisturizer and a few drops of jojoba oil. I keep my hair in a protective style 99% of the time and I use this spritz once or twice a day (when I get up and before I go to bed when I remember). I wash my hair weekly and after I wash it I use a few pumps straight from the bottle, then apply the jojoba oil after. I put my hair back in my protective style and spritz as described above for the rest of the week. Take down, wash and repeat. It's worked great so far!
