Looks like a great machine.
Bought it in the middle of a 2week snow storm. After it was delivered, the weather changed to 40s-50s. Maybe later or next year.Shipping was terrible. Crate was dropped on one side where the engine oil drain tube is and the engine throttle lever is. It bent both items but neither broke. The wooden mounting structure was all broken on the inside of the crate which would indicate it was dropped hard. The oil drain tube was protruding outside the crate about 2 inches where it punctured the crate. I took photos. I will show one.Bummer!

Be Cautious
When the machine showed up here, the box was on it's side. When I opened the box to assemble, I noticed there was a lot of oil in the box. As I started to pull the machine out, There was oil on the machine and the tires. When trying to assemble the machine, I noticed loose parts laying in the box with oil on them. I read the directions, and it said the engine was shipped without oil. As I started assembling, I found there was only 1 Pin for the Tires. There was a pin keeper in the box but no pin to attach the tire to the axle. When I started to assemble the lower handle, I noticed there was 1 missing bolt but found it in the auger in the back laying there inside. When I found the bolt, I was positioning it in place, but I couldn't get the holes to line up. Found the cable keeper on the rear left side at the base of the frame was bent fully to the right. After looking at some close up pictures, I realized it was bent and not supposed to be that way. I straightened it out and attached the lower handle. When I was installing the tires, There was 1 dowel pin with a keeper on it and an additional keeper that was also in the auger but no 2nd pin. When I was installing the upper Handle, everything went as it should, all bolts and nuts were there. I verified the position of the cables and moved on. I installed the Speed Control Connection Rod and moved on. I installed the Chute Assembly and there was 1 Bolt and nut in the machine to use and 1 bolt in the box. No nut. Now I get to this tube that was laying in the box. Found the diagram in the Engine Manual and it was the tube that screws into the bottom of the engine block to allow oil to flow away from the machine for oil changes. It had broke off at the base of the engine block and that is why the bracket for the cable was bent to the right and there was oil all over everything... Directions say they don't put oil in the engine.. Was there another user that had this machine? This can not be repaired! It broke off flush at the back of the aluminum block. (see photo) The engine will need to be replaced. I want my money back, all of it and I want someone to pick this machine up. I had to go buy another machine that I did not want due to large snow coming in tomorrow. I can't shovel snow any longer and I live on a big property. How disappointing. When I contacted Amazon to return, they say I have to contact the manufacturer. I hope this gets to them.

Handles Buffalo snow
I assembled the snowblower 3 days ahead of a large storm. I noticed 2 screws missing to attach the handle. I continued assembly and planned on heading to the hardware store later. When I removed the box from under the snowblower I found the two missing bolts. There wiggled free during delivery. I finished assembly and started it up.It is very easy to start. I have not used the electric start option either. We received over 2 ft of heavy snow and this machine churned it out with ease, even the end of the driveway with all of the road salt. My driveway is 18 ft wide and it is able to throw heavy snow from one side to the lawn on the other side. Very powerful!I am very pleased with my purchase. The machine even arrived 1 week early so I had it in time for the big storm. I have used it 6 times so far in less than a month. Love the headlight and heated handles too. Very reasonably price. Would definitely recommend.

Engineering needs improvement.
Seller had it to my house in less than two days. The headlight is not working and I will contact the company about that. The forward/reverse cable needed adjustment. The snow shoot makes a lot of racket when turning it and I wonder if it may wear out quickly. Some of the controls are in inconvenient places compared to other snowblowers I’ve owned. I started it up and blew some snow in my yard and it appears to have good power and throws snow a good distance. It was less expensive than comparable sized machines and so far I’m optimistic about the purchase. The headlight started working on it’s own so I can’t explain what the initial problem was.

Absolute trash
Put this unit together and the drive train was moving at a snails pace. I checked directions again and everything was put together right. So I start the engine, and I just have it on idle and it seizes to a stop while I’m on the phone with customer service (45 minutes on hold ) I put the gas in and the unit came with a qt of oil which was put in earlier in the instructional process. Customer service sends me to a local repair store. They call me and tell me the engine has seized and there’s oil leaking from the bottom. This was last Thursday, the day before we got a foot of snow. I had to rent a snowblower from the repair store. $130. I snowblow myself and my 3 elderly neighbors. I email Power Smart and tell them I want a refund. Nothing but crickets. Save your money and maybe buy American. I’m frustrated.
