I have been using this for 4 weeks. I do not expect overnight results, but my appetite does not even feel suppressed. I thought this would give me some balance in my hectic body. I am still hungry and tired all day and I eat well and healthy I was told this was helpful for people with metabolic disorders (ie Hypothryoidism and Hoshimoto's). At least for me, it has been unhelpful and a waste of money.Chances are this is another scam to give people who are hopeless about their weight some light at the end of the tunnel. I bought this with the idea it may not help and it still stands.If you are suffering from metabolic disease, your best bet is to seek medical attention, eat well and work out. Patience is key.

This product works but I broke out with rash. If you want good results go for these pills. I only took it once in the morning and they work...
