Its perfect size and does the job!

Love this toy, keeps my Macaw busy and entertained. She gets very excited for me to fill it for her. She even plays with it when not full. Only reason it got a 4 is the top posts for giro for the bird are pretty long and it got stuck in the hole under my girls beak chin area. The company responded immediately and appreciated the feedback and made modifications to the design to avoid this happening in the future. Thankfully she was only mildly bruised and it wasn’t a bigger issue. The company really cares about birds and making products that are safe and are willing to make adjustments and value customer opinion and experience. They handled it with grace and corrected the issue. I will always purchase toys from them because the company is awesome, they toys are awesome, and they legitimately care and make quality products

All of the busy bird toys a learning toys and are very durable

I hoped it would be something I can reuse, but, no, my macaw broke it and it is not possible to use it again.

Took my macaw a while to figure it out, but after a couple weeks in the cage, he still hasn't lost interest. Built like a tank. Great toy.

The two flat bars had to be redrilled to line up with the mount on the toy in order to mount to cage side. So far my Grey has had little interest in it.

I have two of these. One for each parrot. After I showed them what to do they had no trouble turning the crank to expose the compartments. I now get harassed until I fill both toys with treats. I have to limit one set of treats per day.The second toy arrived with a key part upside down. I had to take it apart but it is now working.
