The Octonauts and the Great Ghost Reef

My oldest son (4-years-old) loves this book. More for the great art than the story. He is always finding new little things that he did not see before. And it is great for "I-spy" type games while reading to him. If you have kids that like the pictures better than the stories, this would be a good choice.

My 3-yr-old son loves the Octonauts. Quite literally, he proclaims with excitement that it's his favorite show. So he was truly elated when I got him this book, and, months later, he still loves it. It's a tough book to read (from the standpoint of the parent or other caregiver who loves to read to a child), but the visuals are so compelling and engaging (for both child and caregiver) that it makes the challenge worthwhile.

We have this book in physical hardcover form, but I decided to get a digital copy. I noticed on page 19 there is a line from a different Octonauts book (the "Only Lonely Monster" I believe) that doesn't belong here. I wonder if that can be easily updated so the story flows, it definitely was a silly moment! We hope more Octonauts books become available soon.

My four year old LOVES the Octonauts and this book is his FAVORITE. He wants me to read it almost every bedtime. The pictures are cute and even list the names of the fish and animals in the picture so when he asks "mommy what is that?" I can tell him what it is. I hope there are more books like this soon!

My son feel in love with The Octonauts when the show started to air on Disney. I was so excited when I found out the show was based on books. Now that we have the books in our hands, I'm ecstatic and so is my son. These books are colorful and use a wide range of vocabulary. All four of these books are GREAT!!!

The kindle edition i bought was cheap and surely my boy would love. I downloaded the kindle for mac and it sent the ebook right away. However i noticed 2 pages on a counterclockwise position. surely this will be difficult to read and invert (using mac) when showing the boy.

She asks for each of the Octonauts book by name each night. She know every character and what they are doing throughout the story. The illustrations are so detailed, she loves picking out and naming all the hidden images. Wonderful for all ages!

A mi niño le gustan mucho los personajes de los octonautas, las aventuras y el sentido del trabajo en equipo, además que de una manera sencilla, van escuchando nuevo vocabulario en ingles y van aprendiendo nuevas cosas, mi niño tiene 5 años por lo que no sabe leer aún, pero todas las noche quiere que lo "leamos juntos"

My grandson loves the Octonauts so he loves this book and I have enjoyed reading it to him

I regret buying this, since my son has made me read it every day for the past two weeks!Seriously though, this is a great quality book, and is enjoyable both on it's own and for fans of the tv show.

Ilustraciones preciosas!! Mucho mejor en formato papel que en formato digital (iPad, tableta o móvil es incómodo). Todo el texto está en inglés.
