Surpringly good camera but could have one more feature..
For the price of $74 dollars, this is a good dashcam, personally, I bought it by mistake because I don't like battery-powered cameras, none have stood up to the heat and humidity of the south like the super capacitor style ones do but this guy has done well. I love the app that connects to it, I wouldn't bother using the buttons to adjust its settings all that can be done from the app. The picture quality at 4k 2k and 1080p are all good and you can read plates but things do start to go downhill at night unless there's just a ton of light around to drown out the reflection of the plates but for me I still give that a 4 star. You will definitely need a good quality Sandisk or Samsung endurance series card if your gonna record in 4k or 2k, this camera literally does NOT EVER stop recording unless its or your cars battery dies (very little power draw so I doubt that'll happen), and as such the literal never-ending recordings will wear quickly on lower capacity, lower quality, and slower cards.

Connect this to a wall outlet before attaching in your car!
I like this dash cam but setting it up was a little frustrating with the sparse instructions. It's best to test this at home via a USB-C cable powered by a wall outlet or your computer. The most important thing is that you can only access the menu when the record function is off (this is the same with my old dash cam); otherwise, you end up locking the video. Also, in playback mode, you have to unprotect videos/photos before deleting - unless I was doing something wrong. But once you get through these, everything else is easy.Pros:-Very good video quality. It's not exactly 4K quality from YouTube or from a disc, but it's still excellent. I can make out license plates in the other lane up to 10 feet away.-Relatively small size. This one is small and rectangular. You can hide it behind the rear view mirror in your line of sight. Before you adhere this cam, I would suggest sitting in the driver's seat and then positioning the cam.-App. You can view and record video via an app on your phone. You have to connect through your phone's WiFi instead of the app. Once connected, it's easy to operate. The grammar on the app isn't the best but you know these products...-Included charger. The cigarette charger has a 2A+ USB charger so you can charge your phone fast while using the cam. My car's built-in USB charger is weak and charges my phone slowly.-Usable after detached. The cam has a small battery inside so you can take it off and record video with it (probably for emergencies).-USB-C connection. This made no difference to me but it may for some.-Cost. For the amount I purchased it for, I'm happy for the size, functions, and the included micro SD card. The SD card is probably a SanDisk but so far it's working fine.Cons:-Computer playback (see picture). You need a codec on your computer to view the MP4 files, otherwise you'll just see the icons and only audio will come through. A video player like VLC works.-Button placement (see picture). In the car, this dash cam is angled so the buttons feel like they're in the front. You won't be able to tell which buttons you're pressing but you can feel around to easily find the first and last buttons.-Camera angle (see picture). You can position the camera only so low. Luckily, the lowest angle works for me and I can barely see my hood. If you car has a flatter windshield, this may be an issue.Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with this after figuring out how to use the camera. There were a few too-close-to-call cons but the features outweigh the annoyances for the price I paid. I could easily give this 5 stars despite the cons.

Works at 171 degrees in full sun!
Why not 5 stars, no rear camera! If this had rear cam, it would be the best one on the HOT market right now. First off, i live in south florida where temps get 145-180 inside a work truck on a hot sunny day like today. I was testing Toguard and Kingslim with this cam and so far, this one performed without a glitch. Toguard has no WiFi and its basic and Kingslim turns off above 160 degrees. I start at 7a to record, finish at 5:30p and all video is there without any missing clips! Its small, lightweight and easy to setup. The app is not the best, it was translated from chinese to english using chinese sense. But, you'll figure it out.. Sound is great, no issues there, frames are smooth and easy to watch. Video is much better than 1080p cams for $20 so spend more, get more..Base is nice but could come with another one to move cam from one vehicle to another is needed. I like the 10 or 30 second screen off setting, no need to wait a minute. It had USB-C plug so its more universal unlike those Mini USB-B plugs..So, No rear camera, works at proven 171 degrees in full florida sun, A/V is very good and its less visible on your windshield..

Excellent buy
Install was a breeze. I formatted the card on my Mac no problem. Installed the app & hard wired into my vehicles fuse box. Total time about 20 minutes. Picture quality is surprisingly good. Night vision is ok as expected from a dash cam. Overall 5 stars. I used this to replace a Rexing brand camera which was absolute junk. I have 3 of them and they refunded me 100% trying to get me to give them a better than 1 star rating.

Easy to setup and use
This dash cam has perfect size. I stick it behind the rear view mirror and it does not block in my view at all. Device is easy to setup. It came with a user manual, USB-C cord, a 32GB microSD card. From my uploaded image you can see the WIFI symbol which can basically let your phone connect to the device anytime you want so you can view what is recorded. 32GB storage is enough to store your images and video for days. The resolution is pretty good and you can see the license plate of the car in front of you clearly even during night time. Excellent product.

Very good value
I drive a Mazda MX-5 which a lot of drivers don't see. I've had many people change into my lane or pull out in front of me. So far, the car is nimble enough that I've avoided a crash, but I'm sure one day, I'll get hit. So, a dash cam. This unit was easy to install, worked right ought of the box. I used a cable to connect to the power from my HomeLink mirror so didn't have to run a cable. (Bandaid on finger was from slicing a muffin, not the camera install!)I have not run it at night, will add info later when I do a night time run. Will most likely add one of these to my Honda CRV grocery getter...
