When I first saw these connectors, I wasn't sure it they were the same item I purchased earlier which two of the tightening knob failed. This connecter is better made and allow a very secure connector on the speaker terminal and the Amplifier. They excepted 9 awg wire with no problem. I am happy with my purchased

Great plugs. Maybe a bit more expensive but definitely worth the extra scratch. Cheaper plugs can become deformed after repetitive use decreasing surface contact resulting in a decrease in signal. These plugs have a screw that spreads the plug to ensure complete connection when inserted and won’t accidentally fall out of your binding posts.

There was a description mistake in the quantity of pieces in the package and the Seller made things right and sent me the correct amount at no charge and fast delivery. Product works well and is well made.

These are very well made connectors, with set screws and a rear tightening knob that both turn easily. I've used cheaper connectors that feel that like they aren't well machined tolerance-wise.The tightening knob to set the plug firmly in whatever you plug in is something I haven't encountered before, but it is a nice touch. But one of the nicest thing about these connectors is if you want to use them to plug into the back of a receiver in a cabinet, the cord entry is at an angle rather than a straight-in banana plug, which means you don't need as much space to plug it in, and can push the receiver closer to the cabinet back. Or if they are plugging into a wall jack, it gives a much nicer dressed look.I have to take one star away, though, because they didn't include a 5 cent Allen wrench. For the price, one should have been included. Also, BE CAREFUL when you take the connector out of the Ziploc bag (each is individually packaged). The set screw may have come loose but is still sitting in its clear plastic housing. I was admiring the connector and the set screw fell out onto the floor. I then spent quite a bit of time trying to find it.
