Femco SS4444G Tuff Top ZTR Sunshade for Lawn Mower

This was pretty easy to assemble and has worked like a charm for me. I like the fact that I can lower my rail and subsequently lower the canopy and mow under low lying limbs. But in the Texas sun and heat, this is a must if you have a long day of mowing and little natural shade. Great product so far. Price was pretty great too when compared to the other brands.

Great product. Bought two. One about 4 years ago and one lately for a new zero turn. Can't tell the difference in the two. First one still good as new. Hold up well.Only problem I have with it is lowering and raising the top for transport on the road, which I don't have to do very often.Great to work in the shade when it's 95 degrees.No problem with install..........

So far so good. Material is good but is a bit hard to install. This can be done with one person but i would not recommend it and you better read the instruction on where to put the slant adjusters. Trial and error take more time than you will like. Its better than most of the ones I have seen on other mowers.

Panels were not cut straight so the divider that holds the panels together in the middle is not wide enough all the way across. Not worth the money we paid if items won't fit. UPDATE:. Contacted seller and issued was resolved. Just had to wait until the new panel arrived. It is all put together and fits perfectly on the Mahindra tractor.

I looked at several options and decided to spend the extra money because I didn’t want to replace it in a year or so when it tore or ripped from a tree branch. I installed this on my zero turn Ferris 61” mower. It is a perfect fit, easy to install and does a great job of keeping me in the shade, I would not hesitate to purchase another if needed. Actually may try to fit one on my Farmall.

Took about 2 hours to assemble. Hardest part getting the two top pieces to stay together. Better to just start to assemble the top frame first and fit in pieces. Works well. Have to watch out for tree branches. Been doing a lot of tree branch trimming so I don't scratch the top too much.

Great product! Really helps on hot days. My only criticism is the difficulty of assembly and also that we had to replace the quick attach knobs with lock nuts. The knobs will vibrate loose and fall down on the driver. No problems after switching to lock nuts.

The hardware and roll bar brackets on this cover are its best qualities, while the actual roof is just 2 pieces of flimsy looking plastic. Regarding the instructions, you’ll encounter a build step directing you to to snap on a thick steel enforced rubber gasket, but unfortunately this covers your screw holes, making the build look less than desirable unless you Dremel it or something. The instructions are poor quality and the first couple diagrams are completely unrecognizable. Don’t let the price of this product lead you to thinking it’s high quality. IMHO and respectfully, this cover should be more fairly priced around the $99 range, but unfortunately I have few other options for my commercial zero-turn.
