You truly get what you pay for!
I learned my lesson the hard way. I purchased one of those generic ink cartridges. What a mistake. It dripped ink all over my hand and my new carpet. Luckily, I had an extra HP Cartridge and was up and running in no time. On the other hand (ha), (I got ink on that one too!), I realized that you can't put a price on quality. I'm an HP user from now on.

AVOID - RIP OFF - MAGENTA cartridges are defective !!!
We have had nothing but PROBLEMS with HP cartridges for HP 6380 inkjet printer(1) These HP brand cartridges "expire" due to built-in OBSOLESCENCE date ... no matter if you have print 1, 10 or 100 pages of the 200-400 supposed print cycle life(2) *When* one of the (CYAN, MAGENTA, YELLOW) cartridges "expires" YOU CANNOT PRINT *AT ALL* !!!! The HP printer software/firmware complains "DAMAGED/EXPIRED/ILLEGAL/MISSING CARTRIDGE" and refuses to print *any* pages regardless of the fact (for example) that you have no red/blue/yellow on the page ... we purposely fully print in B&W or grey tome only to save colored ink (frugal, we are)(3) Now we have just spent $45 to get HP branded 3 cart pkg and in less than 1 and <10 pages, the HP printer claims "EXPIRED CARTRIDGE - " and refuses to print *any* pages at all!!! see picture where EXP date is in 2023 ... (#!)_()#_@!#(@@!_)*#_(4) And we have to trot down to local store and pay $50 for MAGENTA HP cartridge ... and we have to return this CRAP RIP OFF HP branded cartridge set (and wait 3 days for "NEXT DAY" Prime delivery)Moreover, if you research this issue of MAGENTA HP cartridges you will see in REDDIT, DISCORD, etc. that HP has a known quality issue with MAGENTA cartridges being DEFECTIVE *and* as a result there is a world-wide shortage ... heck, we can't even even FIND single MAGENTA cartridges but have to buy 3-color HP pkg even tho we do NOT need CYAN and YELLOW !!!Someone pls put HP PRINTER biz out of business ... they are the W-O-R-S-T !!!!
