Q: Is this fragrance free?

No it’s not fragrance free. It’s fragranced with essential oils I believe.

Q: Is the packaging and shipping 'zero waste'?

Packaging is in a simple box but not recyclable in my area (due to certain restrictions) if that is what you are asking.

Q: Did anyone recently receive the "earth mama baby diaper balm" when you ordered the earth mama angel baby bottom balm?????? its not the same, is it?

I don't think we did. We received packaging that looked exactly like the picture and inside was the same bottom balm as we've always ordered. I did read that packaging is changing and reviews said that the formula changed a bit too unfortunately.

Q: does it come it a tube?

It comes in a little screw-top jar. I'm not aware of it coming in any other type of container.
