Get ready to feel cool, calm and collected. I am not a matcha conosouir, so I can only relay the way it makes me feel. I like to experiment with mood- enhancing foods. Some herbs are quite powerful and can give you that anti-depressant feel- you feel better than you did before, but numb and unable to fully experience your emotions. On matcha I experience emotions but do not become overwhelmed.
