The wood is durable and thick; because of the size and weight 8x10 frames are only available with wire for wall hanging. The 5x7 and 4x6 frames come with easel backings for standing them up, if you would like to hang it on the wall please mention this in the "Additional Notes" section and I will add a hanger.
