POOR VALUE
I regret buying this shampoo and conditioner. I bought the Dry to Normal hair products. They dried my hair out terribly and I struggled to get a comb or brush through my wet hair. I lost a lot of hair using this product. After using it for about 3 weeks, I realized that I am highly allergic to something in it. My ears dried out and were flaky and itchy. My face got red bumps under my skin where my hair was around my face and my scalp itched something awful. I highly doubt that the wildflowers and herbs for this product are "hand-picked" as they claim. I can't believe I actually fell for that. The Shampoo & Conditioner bundle was $51.00 for 8 oz/ea. I definitely did not get my money's worth on this one. Don't waste your money on this like I did.

Definitely worth trying, especially for fine, thin hair!
I have thin, fine hair that is frequently colored, plus a sensitive scalp. It was a big chance to spend so much on a shampoo and conditioner set with so few reviews, but I've been switching over to products that are a little more natural and haven't found anything I like from in-person shopping so I took a gamble. I'm glad I did!PROS:- The scent is divine. It's less strong than Aveda shampoos, but similar in that it has a fresh herbal smell rather than smelling like a typical perfumed shampoo.- It made my hair feel super clean.- It did a great job of removing hairspray buildup.- It made my hair super fluffy and easy to work with. I don't use mousse or gel, just a hair dryer, and it was easy to just kind of push my hair around and then spray into place.- It didn't irritate my sensitive scalp, nor did it irritate my facial rosacea.- The shampoo lathered up really well.- The second time I used it, I let me hair air dry and it was just as fluffy and easy to style as if I had used the hairdryer. This was a big shock because I typically have to use the hairdryer after washing or else my hair has zero lift and it can look kind of stringy. If I can get away with not using the hairdryer most of the time, I can cut down on any heat damage, so I'm hopeful this will prove to be possible with Soley!CONS:- A set of shampoo and conditioner are on the pricier side, so trying this brand out isn't budget-friendly.- I have dry ends thanks to all the coloring my hair goes through, and I definitely needed to have the companion conditioner to follow up the shampoo. (It also seems that the conditioner has to be left in at least 2 minutes to be effective.)- I'm not comfortable with the unsealed containers. The conditioner bottle in the set I received was obviously used because it had tape all around the top and there were long, dark hairs on the bottle and inside the cap. At this price, the items should be completely new!

Read the fine print
First of all make sure you read description very carefully. I was shocked to receive such a small bottle of shampoo for the money! It does smell wonderful but definitely not cost effective.

Clean ingredient shampoo that soothes your scalp
I’ve been searching for a vegan, clean ingredient shampoo that actually moisturizers my hair for FOREVER. Love the smell and formula, a little goes a long way. Makes my scalp feel refreshed without any overpowering scent.

Not for my hair type
The scent is herbal which is nice and not overpowering. The first wash went great! My scalp felt clean, a little goes a long way and after using both the shampoo and conditioner my hair was super soft and shiny. I thought I found the one for me. Fastforward to the 3rd washing (I wash my hair every 2-3 days) and my hair is falling out in the shower badly, my scalp afterwards is itchy, burning. When my hair is completely dry, my scalp is flaking with blister like rashes and my hair is dried out like it was bleached one too many times. I stopped using this and within 2 washes with another shampoo/conditioner my hair was less dry and my scalp less irritated. My hair type is thick, slightly wavy , undyed with random strands of grey hair with the grey hair texture. This didn't work for me , but could work for you. I wanted to give a heads up of a possible skin reaction and dried out hair.

So thankful to have been gifted this product
My relative recently gifted me the GRÆÐIR SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER, knowing that I was seeking a new natural shampoo and conditioner that would support my dry scalp. This was the perfect find. I've never been to Iceland but these bottles smell as I imagine Iceland does. Fresh, herbal and sweet. But it's also subtle and not overpowering. The shampoo lathers really well and the conditioner left my hair soft and shiny. Really impressed so far, thank you!

Finally! Now Bring the Hand Creams!
Loved this line in our hotel in Reykjavik a couple years ago but sadly had run out of all we carried home. I alternate between the two shampoos and yes they do smell like Iceland (no, not the sulfur pools!!). Please make the Graedir hand cream available next.
