NorthShore Supreme Lite Tab-Style Briefs for Men and Women, White, Large, Case/60 (4/15s)

Pro: Best quality you can find. Wonderfully designed, from fit, comfort and function.Con: A bit pricey... however, one of these replaces two or three of the diapers we've been using.Despite the name "Supreme Lite" these delightful diapers hold a surprising amount. I have literally tried dozens of brands of diapers and NorthShore wins... hands down. The Supreme Lite fit wonderfully and are amazingly soft inside. My girlfriend says she likes it when I wear these. They have great leg gathers and keep your bits dry, even when the diaper is nearly full. Which, I will say again... it quite a lot. I have actually worn one of these to bed and found that it held everything I gave it. LOL Not as thick as other diapers (until you start filling them up and then they keep growing). The outer material isn't like other plastic backed diapers. It has a texture to it, that is fantastic.Once we find a way to buy these at a discount (perhaps in bulk), I think she'll have me in these everyday.Thanks to NorthShore, for putting in the effort to create a product that people actually want and need... and that is truly high quality.Addendum: I've read other "critical" reviews and I can see why people may review negatively... if they were not well informed. The adult diaper market is flooded (pardon the pun) with products of varying capacity. Each manufacturer has a scale and does a decent job of explaining how much liquid each diaper will hold within their line. Regarding the "crinkle" factor.... yeah, these make noise. I haven't had anyone notice when I wear them under my jeans. I mean, I went to store in some comfy pants this morning.... and realized I was crinkling quite a bit though. So, there's that. Meh.... whatever. American people need to lighten up.

I'll get my complaint out of the way first. I have no clue why these cost so much. North Shore's Supreme and MegaMax don't cost much more and I feel price gauged.On the other hand, the product is well balanced. They are very similar to the FIRST QUALITY IB plastic briefs that were discontinued. No issues being seen under clothes due to bulk and it's a great alternative to buying guards and shields that don't work. The mediums fit me well - I'm 215lbs and buy pants that are 34/32.All I want is a cheap plastic diaper for minor incontinence issues to stay clean without pads, shields and guards jumping around in my pants and distracting me. IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR?Talk to your customers and justify the price Northshore. Maybe I'm not worth your time or money, but this is a great product that simply is NOT sustainable for me economically, especially when a product of yours that costs 20 cents more will last twice as long.

These Northshore Supreme Lite Briefs are great. They are very comfortable and soft to wear. I wear these diapers during the day and for night. They are not too bulky under pants, and they have a crinkle to them as well. When I wear these diapers with jeans, it is not too noticeable. These Briefs absorb and hold good amount of fluid. I have soaked them wile sleeping and can wake up with dry sheets! No leaks. The colors and patterns are nice, it is enjoyable to wear something that isn't just stark white. The top of the briefs do stick up over the top of my pants a little bit but is not a problem. I just make sure my shirt doesn't ride up. The tabs are strong, they do not pop off. Over all, these diapers are a great buy and very much worth the money.

Very great product these are awesome. If your hesitant on the order button, stop thinking and order, they’re great. Don’t listen to the nit-pickers. The tapes work perfect. The color is rich and nice. Depending on how much u need them, I’d say day use, but if ur not a heavy wetter they’re perfect for night too. North shore is the bees knees

Very comfortable diaper, will hold several wettings with no problem and last me the night. I like the choice of color and that these have the plastic outer covering. They are slightly on the bulky side but not too terrible. Wish they were a little less costly, though.

Good diaper, not great, but I don't think they claim it to be great. That would be the Supreme, which I will be trying soon thanks to them sending a free sample along with the case.As for the diaper itself, plenty absorbent. Holds 2 to 3 wettings with little trouble. It is high in wood pulp and lower in sap than most diapers. Make it very soft, and wicks wetness across the diaper well. The trade off from that is you do feel the wetness a bit more, and it doesn't absorb quite as quickly. If you sit down after wetting, there is a decent chance of a press out type leak.

Wow, this is a fantastic product. Very absorbent for a "Lite" diaper. Easily handles multiple wettings. Very comfortable to wear. This is an excellent diaper for daytime and overnight if you are not a heavy wetter. Available in great colors in patterns for adults!
