The synthetic hair on this piece is a very nice quality. It's not too shiny and it looks very real. There's also a good amount of hair for the size piece. I usually have a difficult time finding a good color match. I ordered the Brown & Dark Ash Blonde and it's perfect. Most sellers offer colors that are too warm for me. The blonds are typically too gold, too red or completely platinum. This one blends beautifully. The negatives are that the elastic holding the piece together is white so it shows unless you work to cover it. It would have been a small thing to color match the elastic. The elastic is also flimsy and not all the hair is securely attached to it. I'm careful and things usually last me a long time. The first time I tried this on some of the hair came unattached. I'd love this same style attached to a small color matched claw clip rather than the elastic. I like the scrunchie style too when the elastic is strong, but I'd like to see it offered with a clip as well.

I own a few hairpieces by different brands, and this one has the most natural looking overall style, hair texture, and movement - by far. Sometimes, I forgot it’s not my natural hair. The color in the picture is true Medium Ash Blond. The hairpiece is rather heavy, so if you have thin fine hair like I do, I recommend that you tuck your own hair in a stub for a thicker base.Now, the cons. It’s rather poorly put together. The first one I ordered started coming apart after three weeks of daily use, so I replaced it. Both the first and the second pieces had the same issues:1. The ribbon that holds it together is white and rather thin for the amount of hair it holds, so if you don’t carefully attach the hairpiece, the ribbon might show.2. The hairpiece is made of three layers of hair. As a result, the part where the ends are stitched together is very thick, see the second picture. Again, you need to be careful to ensure that the stitched ends are not visible when you wear it. I used bobby-pins to secure the stitched part on the first one I bought which probably contributed to it coming apart.At this price, I will buy another piece to experiment with it and see if I can attach it do a different ribbon or do a better job stitching the ends or maybe even do with two layers of hair instead of three.Bottomline: it’s still worth buying because the hair is so naturally looking, but it’s not perfect.

Theoretically, you’re supposed to be able to wrap this around your existing wispy ponytail and get a cute, natural looking short ponytail. That is not what you get.First, the “hair” is attached to a heavy elastic band that, unless you already have heaps of hair to begin with, you will have to secure to your head with many, many bobby pins in order to keep it from sliding off your head (note to manufacturer: I’m willing to bet that 95% of your customer base is buying this because they don’t have enough hair to begin with; attaching this wiglet to a thick, heavy elastic band is the opposite of helpful to us).Second, the dang thing doesn’t work. The literal instructions are to wrap it around your existing ponytail to get a natural-looking “fall” of hair. Great in concept, complete failure in execution. To begin with, the straight hair gets twisted around the band when you do that, so if you don’t place it perfectly on the first try, you have to spend frustrating minutes combing the hair out, flipping it this way and that and gently teasing strands over and under to find which side of the band it should be on. IF you can get it on a second time, and get it placed correctly, prepare to have a second person standing by with a comb or hair pick to try and tease the knotted and snarled strands straight, or at least tuck them under the chunks of the hair piece that aren’t twisted around the band.Third, assuming by some miracle you manage to wear this twice, don’t expect to wear it a third time. between the twisting and untwisting of the hair around the band, by the time you try it for a third time, it will look like a hamster with a bad hairdo and no amount of picking, combing, and fluffing will make it look normal on the back of your head. Thank goodness I have a brutally honest friend who took one look at me on Zoom and said, “What’s going on with your hair?” I was able to go off camera, extract the hamster/wiglet off my head and French braid what hair I do have before the meeting started.

I love the quality of this but I wish it came in a clip. Even with the thick elastic bands and Bobby pins I have a hard time keeping this around my pony tail. It wants to slip off all the time. A claw clip would be perfect. Tried to wrap it around one and hook it but I can't get it to look right.

My hair is thinning so I wear these. I love this one so much I bought another. It has braids and gives a messy bun look, which i love!!

Love that it's straight hair - strange fit. It gets ratty rather quickly so you have to replace it. My problem is that it's so thick, and the band is so wide. If you have thinner hair it's too much hair. I never thought I would say that. Also, the cut is strange. I watched the video a few times, but just can't seem to make it look right.
