Gentle flavor, subtle sweetness. This is very close to a sparkling water, but is great because it's got a flavor (and not citrus flavor like the thousand other ones out there). But it has a mild sweetness which is hard to pin down exactly. (It's not the amaretto-sweet almondy flavor that I expected...much less pronounced).I've also tried their pistachio and chocolate almond flavors, which are about 3 1/2 and 2 1/2 stars, respectively. But this one is 5 stars in my book, although I really wish the price was lower!
