Q: Do I need to use a tanning bed, or any sun exposure

Hi Mia - no this product is designed to give your skin an increase in color without a tanning bed or sun exposure. The product has 5 different carotenes that color your skin. Not just beta carotene - so you don't have to worry about turning orange - no one has turned orange taking this product. It also have Borage Oil which is great ingredient for softening the skin and making it overall more healthy. Here is a complete listing off all the ingredients: Proprietary blend of Natural Carotenes, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Vitamin E (alphatocopherol acetate), Borage Oil, Sunflower Oil, Soy Bean Oil, Lecithin, Gelatin Glycerin, Purified Water. We hope this helps.
