Excellent game
Excellent gameMy son got this for Christmas and the entire family of varied age groups played and we all had lots of funAt first we didn't even see the answer sheet so we happily tried to figure out the correct synonymsRecently, my 9 year old had a test at school and he shared he remembered the word from playing this bingo game....that is the best news a parent could wantThis is a great game to have fun and teach a child without the child feeling or recognising they are learningI have bought the punctuation one as well but haven't got it yet

Quality isn't great. Learning capabilities is good.
You get 36 cardboard calling cards with common words, 36 playing cards, and a lot of cardboard chips that have to be removed/popped out in order to be used. Imo 1) This game would be better if there was more calling cards than what's given. I had to add more words for my kids(8, 6). 2) The bingo chips should be of something that is more durable. 3) Calling cards should be more durable so that shuffling is easier, and smoother. Overall the quality of this game I'm not impressed with. It is helpful for children broadening their vocabulary.

Would not recommend it for 10 year old.
This is not the type of bingo game you can pull out of the box and begin playing with 5th graders because the synonyms on the bingo cards are not part of a 10-11 year old's vocabulary. One would have to present the synonyms, with their definitions and have the students memorize them first.I also did not like the caller's mat because there is no way you can check to see if kids got the correct answer when you are playing blackout. I was disappointed, and my students were frustrated.
