I use this to bind, and it works great, lasts for about 5 days, it's waterproof, it's secure and i absolutely would recommend this. The only thing to watch out for is placement, but I just looked up a tutorial

My hEDS other half it generally held together with this daily. Survives all sorts of exercise including regular swimming, up to about a week. Others have not been able to get close to that, some won't even survive a shower. This might be a little more expensive, but it's well worth it as it actually stays put. Also the least skin irritation and is latex free to boot. This is now the only kinesiology tape we buy as it is so far above the others.

Update: after email correspondence with the company, they have sent me a new box of tape to try under the suspicion that the box I received may have been faulty. The company have been 100% professional and helpful. I will let you know how I get on with the second roll.After trying the rape for several sessions, it is a lot better than the first box. I tend to only get one session out if it as it starts to peel quite quickly but it us staying out fir the hour snd a half I need it to!I purchased this tape because it was labelled “extra sticky” and said it was best removed with baby oil. I do appreciate that I have been testing it out in very warm and sweaty conditions but it simply does not stay stuck. I strap my knees as I have damaged both over the years and was advised to use strapping by a physiotherapist. Pre Brexit I used an excellent tape from Germany but since Brexit, the company has stopped working with Amazon and importing the tape. I have struggled to find any which meets expectations since then. I play tennis. On average, the tape is adhering for about 30 minutes of play before gradually losing its adhesion. In less than an hour of play, the tape is uselessly hanging off my knees. I have followed the instructions to the letter ensuring the skin is clean and dry and putting the tape on at least an hour beforehand, pressing ends down thoroughly with the heel of my hand. Having used it now maybe 5 or 6 times, I am afraid I cannot recommend it and will be asking the seller for a refund as, in my case, the tape is not fit for purpose. Very frustrating.

I’m using this for my clinic patients and, fair dues, it’s decent stuff. Only one irritation case so far as the person kept it on for a week!

I compared sport tape extra sticky to Rocktape H2O which I’ve used in the past, and I’ve got to say as a comparison pretty good, and I will buy it again as it does workout a bit cheaper, and it did the required job very well for me.

I really wanted to like this tape. I’ve used different brands of k tape for plantar fasciitis and I have to say k tape is the only thing, when applied correctly, with a decent product, which offers relief. But this tape was in my opinion sub standard. Usually I get a good 3-4 days of good stick and wear out if my usual brand, with showering etc, but seriously, this lasts only a few hours. It sticks ok to skin, but if you overlap, it just pulls away from itself within an hour or two. And that’s on very clean, dry skin using friction and rounding the ends of the tape. This company had such good reviews I thought maybe I had bought the wrong tape ( I purchased bulk roll of extra sticky flex tape) and I emailed the company to see if they could offer any ideas for an alternative tape. They responded within 24 hours. Great! But the assumed I had no idea how to k tape for PF. I responded saying I have a podiatrist who was more than happy with the way I tape my feet, but the tape just wasn’t good enough. They haven’t replied now and it’s well over a week which is so sad. I really wanted to support this business, but as a very regular user of K tape, I won’t buy again. It’s not sticky, it doesn’t adhere, it won’t stick to itself, you can’t overlap it, and I will stay with my old, reliable supplier! In fact, I’ve re taped my feet within the last hour, having had a bath, thoroughly dried my feet, and thought I would try again with what I have left of the roll. Within an hour it’s rucking up and peeling away. My old brand was on my feet for 3 days before this with no issues! Sorry! I did try! Not great! Wouldn’t recommend.

Really good adhesion! I prefer the dispensing box to the normal rolls as well.

This has been the best Kinseo tape I have purchased, it has been the best adhesion on the skin which has lasted the longest, 6 days, waterproof and sweat proof, definitely recommend.
