I love this product. For 18 months I was miserable with severe dry eyes. I went to 2 different ophthalmologist & they recommended I use over the counter eye relief. My eyes felt like pepper was in them. I could open my eyes in the morning and I had to walk downstairs each morning basically with my eyes closes. I kept cold wet compress over my eyes at night and used 6 different gels, liquids and ointment frequently for temporary relief (2 hours). Since, August 25, 2021, I have been taken the pills as directed, and I don't have to use the eye drops anymore. My eyes are no longer bloodshot. My eyes feel a million times better and I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with a severe dry eye condition. Terry Naturally Dry Eye Relief worked for me. The floaters in my eyes are starting to vanish as well. I don't know the long-term effect of this product, but I know I am pain free.

I was pleasantly surprised at just how effective this is! I have sever dry eyes (age plus some meds that I take) and my Opthamologist told me I could use eye drops once and hour if needed (the individual ones without preservatives). The Rx drops are VERY expensive and insurance will not cover it in most cases(they don't tell you that on the TV ads). I was using drops constantly and very uncomfortable even with that. The doctor had also recommended that I take a fish oil supplement for eye health. I need capsules not made with gelatin and I was directed to these when I told a pharmacist I had dry eyes. I started taking one capsule a day and noticed an improvement in just a couple of weeks. Then I saw that you can take more than one a day. I've been taking two capsules a day and almost NEVER have to use eye drops- maybe twice a DAY.... that's pretty amazing to me! These are a trifle pricey but NO more than the eye drops which I no longer need to buy in bulk and certainly less than the Rx would be.

*Update* 11/12/19 These really work. But it took two months to kick in. I have Sjogrens so I have dry mouth & dry eyes. I take one in the morning and one at night. Before this I was putting drops in my eyes 5-6 times a day. Now I don't do it at all. Quite nice. They started to not work awhile ago. I stopped it for two weeks and restarted and haven't had any problems since.

Buyer beware, this is not returnable. I gave it a Try with (almost) two bottles and I did not experience a change at all with dry eyes. Tried to return the unused second bottle and could not. I found another product using sea buckthorn berries that does not contain careenagen, and I noticed a difference after three doses.

I have chronic dry eyes plus wear contacts. No drops have ever helped for more than a few minutes. I started taking these and 2 months later I do not even carry eye drops with me anymore !
