I have been taking various brands of collagen for skin, hair, nails and knee joints for about four months now. This includes other GNC variations. After about six weeks, I noticed positive changes in my skin and major improvement in my nails. Accelerated my hair growth. But none of these formulations including joint specific ones did a thing for my knees, especially my left knee. The pain was so bad, I ended up wearing knee braces and going to physical therapy. (Physical therapy actually made the condition worse so I quit. An MRI of my left knee showed arthritic, wear related tearing of my meniscus, and my doctor told me I was a candidate for injections and possible surgery down the line.)But back to point: One week into using this ResVitale collagen, I noticed a drastic decrease in my knee pain! I am so pleased.
