Great book and personal service
Thank you so much for your excellent VHF Radio Checklist booklet, which I purchased from Amazon. My wife and I own a narrowboat, which our VHF is linked to, and we are members of the St. Pancras Cruising Club. Our main reason for owning a VHS is to cruise the tidal Thames , and satisfy the requirements of London VTS. I had passed the RYA examination, but lack of useage had left me feeling very "rusty"and nervous, but your booklet has given me new confidence. I found the section of David Wheatley's "busy area" particularly useful, as the London section is particularly congested, and eyes and ears have to be constantly on watch!

Excellent publication
Having taken my RT exam a number of years ago and on acquiring a new boat I thought it a good time to do some refreshing. This book serves as an excellent refresher but also as a practical guide to sit alongside the official course giving so may practical examples of what to use when. As a plus the author is available to provide support and provided a customised version that we can print out for our boat.

Checklists and Templates
This is a great addition to any boats inventory, Even the most experienced skippers can get it wrong when under pressure, these templates mean that a worried skipper or untrained crew, can just relay details to the relevant agency quickly and accurately.
