Good for baking
This salt is my favorite salt for baked goods! Sift it to take out bigger pieces, but it just works chemically better than idolized table salt

Large pieces
Not fully ground. There are large, hard pieces throughout the container which can damage teeth and fillings etc... I have to pour it in my hand and separate out the larger pieces
