I use this in addition to XTEND Sport BCAA Supplement powder, using 1 scoop of each per 20oz of water to get the most ingredients I can but I don't notice any big difference just as I have never found any other similar product to actually boost my energy levels. However I do feel my health is a lot better since I stopped drinking all the sodas that are loaded with sweeteners, corn fructose syrup, and God only knows what else. I only deducted 2 stars from the rating because the container is only always half full so it feels as if we don't get a fair amount + the product does not have all the ingredients I desire/need so I have to use 2 different products to even get close to the items I want included in my energy powder supplements. I must say this is one of the better flavors I have used and it mixes well with only a good shake needed (no blender) and never leaves any undissolved grit so 5 stars on the flavor and easiness of use and while the value is decent for the price I always pay for only half full containers and I don't feel enough difference in energy to actually feel I am getting what I am paying for.

The ingredients are good, great pump working out, lots of energy. Just the worst tasting pre workout I have ever tasted. Eh, 20 seconds of pain for 2 hours of results. Probably will buy again lol.

i like the flavor, however there is a slight aftertaste that im not a huge fan of. overall it is good preworkout and ill 100% use the whole container.

Preworkout is great, and this is especially true when I feel like lacking motivation to hit the gym or go to swim.I tried nitric oxid from them and definitely felt extra pump after using it.They run some smart promotions where they send samples, and shaker bottle for giving them a try. This review is my honest take on quality of their products, and smart marketing that they do is just extra plus.Thumbs up, for a fantastic company!

For the price it works ok, but the taste is utterly foul. Super tart, no real flavor. Wears off very quickly, which is telling of low doses for key ingredients. Caffeine is really the only kicker in this mix.

My husband and I used Sheer Strength years ago after receiving a promotional discount. It was different then (pink can with cotton candy flavor). We were extremely impressed by it and used it several times. As time went on we went away from it to try some of ones that are considered to be the best in the market. Recently I decided to give it a try again. I mean it was cheap and I remembered it being good. The can is different and the name is didn't but WOW. Buying this made me realize and remember how good it has always been. Curiosity took me away from it years ago but I never should have. This is of the best preworkout my husband or I have tried. It gives just enough of the tingles that I like. It takes good, mixes well and the price cannot be beat! It's also not one of those big bottles that is less than 50 percent full or one where you end up needing more than 1 scoop. After it kicks in, I can feel increased focus and energy for literally hours.Sheer Strength, forgive me for straying back then! Your preworkout is the perfect one for us!

I've been using pre-workouts for decades. After an extended period of using more stim-heavy pre-workouts I wanted to try something a bit lighter in that regard and this seemed like just the right thing for me. Unfortunately, I'll never know if this one was any good or not because the one I got is set to expire in August. I'm not too keen on taking a two year old product. Sure, it's probably still "safe" to ingest but the effectiveness and quality would absolutely be degraded. So thanks for nothing Amazon AND Sheer Strength Labs. The only place this pre-workout belongs is in the trash which I shall be doing after writing this.

I originally purchased this for three reasons-- a great ingredients list with all the major pre-workout components, no artificial colors or flavors, and a great price. I will continue to use it for these same reasons, plus the fact that it's not loaded with caffeine- it has just the right amount for me since I hit the gym after work. I would prefer a bit more beta alanine and betaine, but would I notice a difference? Probably not. I've used other preworkouts with similar ingredients but higher dosages and didn't see anything except a lighter wallet. I add glycerol monostearate, d-ribose, and creatine to my preworkout drink anyway, so to get a great formula like this at this price is quite a find!
