It is 4star because the cage wasn’t handle carefully. It is bended in some parts. But it doesn’t matter coz I can still use it.

I am full of guilt as I write this review that I thought of purchasing this despite the negative reviews! This crate is unsafe for the babies! I leave the crate door open and my 7 month old golden retriever had his foot stuck in the entrance while he was running out of the crate! The loud painful squeal he let out broke my heart! Thankfully he is ok but this product isn’t safe not even with the crate door open (otherwise it’s plain unlucky) !

Crate is good, but I paid additional for the 2 doors and only received 1 door. For that reason I will not be rating high as I didn’t get what I paid for.

Very easy to move around yet heavy and sturdy

Bought this crate as I wanted to crate train my new puppy & wanted one that had a divider with it & this ticked all the boxes. This is much sturdier than the last crate I had & is very robust. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone thinking of buying one.

I did a lot of research on finding a crate for my new puppy and most of them seemed to have the same issue - sharp edges that could easily scratch or injure an animal (or human). This crate was no different. On many stretches of wire there was one end that wasn't finished smoothly.Seeing as I couldn't find any crates that didn't have that same problem (I'm thinking it's just part of the manufacture process), I decided I would buy this one for other reasons. 1. Size - I couldn't find any other crates as small as this one (18"). 2. Two doors would be handy (and it certainly has been!). 3. Lots of good reviews (even though there were some with the same issue I encountered).When I received it, I got a metal file and filed down all the sharp edges (there were many!) but atleast now I know it is safe for my pet.It's not that easy to pack down but that won't matter as he sleeps in it every night as well as during the day.Highly recommend but suggest you take a trip to the hardware first and get yourself a good metal file.

My shih tzu puppy uses this at night. After using it for just over a week she pops in herself at night time. Very well made I think, very happy with this.
