It helps you go and it helps you to feel good. I don’t think it’s for everyday use for me but more for as needed. Eating fibrous foods is the key then this product when necessary.

I've struggled with severe PMS all my life, and thankfully now at 51, my hormones are finally going away, as are my PMS symptoms (bloating, migraines, oh the moods!, sugar cravings...) But now it's the menopausal stuff: difficulty sleeping (although I am wide awake, even if it is 3am, something I haven't been for most of my life no matter how much sleep I got, especially if I had PMS), Meno-pot, hot flashes, night sweats. I tried a few other products before trying MenoLabs without much success. Two weeks into using MenoLabs Fiber and MenoFit, the hot flashes and night sweats are almost 100% gone. I sleep through the night and am awake by 6am. I haven't lost weight yet but I'm only one month in, and they say to allow 3 months before those changes happen, so I'm still hopeful. At least give them a try, it won't hurt, and maybe they'll help you too.

This isn't particularly helpful for menopause or anything hormone related at all. But it's the best fiber supplement I've ever used. It's tasteless, mixes well in hot beverages and you'll never know it's there, except that you'll be more regular than ever. It doesn't bloat me either. Just wish it wasn't so expensive, esp for how long it lasts

I have been using this fiber for about a year now, two year with the Menofit. I mix it in my first cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of water in the afternoon. I have to remember to drink plenty of water during the day or I get bloated.I have not had any weight loss during menopause but I am not uncomfortable with constipation like I was before.I don't know if this Meno Labs is the real deal but they're products (plus a few other supplements) work better for my symptoms than the hormone therapy I was on.

I add this to my coffee or tea every morning. I definitely feel a different, and feel better when I take it. I’m 43, full hysterectomy so my mood isn’t always the best. This helps in so many ways. Plus my tummy feels better:) will definitely order again!!

I cant tell if the other aspects work. I wanted this as an alternative to GoBiotix Fiber Boost, which I like a lot, but I thought I would like to address some menopause symptoms. However, I really need the fiber. This fiber did nothing for me and I can't return it. It was super expensive for the quantity, but I would have happily paid for that if it had worked as promised.

I appreciate this company, love the price, love the packaging (60 servings for 3g but easily compatible for travel), and love that it’s tasteless. I just wish there was this exact fiber blend without L-Tyrosine! I’m sensitive to it, as it causes insomnia and makes me feel slightly anxious/very inattentive. I used to take 500mg of Tyrosine and it worked wonders on my energy and mood, but I got to a point where even the smallest amounts cause negative side effects now. Going to have to send it back. I purchased just a straight multi- fiber powder elsewhere.
