Blue Highway Platinum Trucker Noise Canceling Bluetooth Headset Works with All Cell Phones and Bluetooth Phones

The sound quality is good and the microphone works well, however it is all negated by the flimsy connectors between the headband and the ear piece. The connection on the band do not have enough tension to stay in place and the headset shifts or falls off.

Got this and it was working great and now I can hear everything others are saying but they can't hear me. I have checked the volume and it's not on mute. I have tried to call the company no answer just a answering service left my name and number twice and no one has called me back very disappointed. I want something done. Update 11-20-18 I have been leaving messages for going on two years and no one has contacted me yet about this issue

Good sound but will not connect to two devices as advertised. This headset is supposed to be multipoint capable, which means it should connect automatically to two bluetooth devices. I carry two phones. The headset would pair with each headset but will not connect to both at the same time automatically. Sometimes I can force it to manually connect to both phone but it takes time and patience. I just want to throw on the headset, push the button and go. Not go into settings and force the connections every time I get in the car. Also, the headband is huge. I have a big head and its too large even on the smallest setting. The boom mic is not flexible. The earpiece is comfortable but is on-the-ear, not over-the-ear. This headset appears to be manufactured by the same manufacturer as the Blue Tiger headsets, same build and controls. I have had the Blue Tiger, Blue Parrot, Cobra, and an assortment of other cheap headsets. This one gets two stars. The Cobra headset is still the best.

It is comfortable to wear but, the microphone is too far on the side. My wife says it sounds like I'm talking from across the room in to a tin can. I'm going back to Blue Parrot (B350, B250) or Blue Tiger that has the microphone closer to my mouth.

I need a new, after the one I had for about years stop working like it used to. So I went shopping to find one. I was told that this was one of the better Bluetooth headset out there for drivers, but my opinion is that it not. I bought it back in June and it as not been working properly for a month. I seriously would not recommend anyone get this headset.

This is extremely uncomfortable on my ear and the adjustable headband doesn't work. Pay more and get a better product

this item is advertised as being for truck drivers. it even has a picture of a tractor trailer on the package. well as a truck driver i can tell you it is not good. the sound although loud is not clear at high volume. it sounds like the person on the other end is talking through a pillow. very hard to understand. i suppose if your in a nice quiet car they would be fine but in a freightliner they don't cut it. returning them today.

Bought for my son the trucker. He thinks clearest he has ever had. I can hear him now when we talk while he is driving.
