This cotton yarn is so soft on my skin and especially on my face. I make crocheted round face wipes similar to what they use on your face in a spa, and this cotton yarn is perfect for that. This is the best cotton yarn I have found that is gentle on my face. Very easy to crochet with and the finished product is still soft on my face. Love the colors (reminds me of ocean breeze colors) and it comes in a four pack so I can make rounds in different colors and designs. The bonus is that the four balls come in a nice sturdy zippered bag so you can keep them dust free. I ordered more to get started on making Christmas gifts. Very happy with this purchase.

The mix of colors is yummy and yarn is nice and soft. I like that it is 100% cotton and machine washable. I have other projects made from mindfulknits yarn and it washes well without color bleeding/fading or stretching. I already have the tools from the zen kit so look forward to making cute washcloths from this kit. The youtube tutorials on the website helped me get started.

At first, I purchased a set of "mindfulkits Beginners Knitting kit." I love the set, so I purchased 6 more sets; 3 "Zen" and 3 "Flora." However, I found multiple black stains while knitting a scarf for my sister. The stains appeared one by one scattered throughout. Had I known it would be this many stains, I would have returned them. But I loved how soft the yarn was. I thought it would be a perfect gift for my sister, who just had her thyroid removed after a cancer diagnosis. However, as you can see in my #4 picture, I ended up with knots in 5 different locations in a small segment since I had to cut off multiple stained spots. I have 16 balls left. I'm planning to return all to the seller if I see one more ball with stains like my picture.Fast forward, I ended up buying more- purchased 4 more bags (16balls). They were all in a great shape, no more spots. So I'm including additional pictures of my finished product and up grading stars to 4/5.

This is some of the softest yarn I have found, and after more than 60 years of knitting and crocheting that says a lot. HOWEVER, this is the second time I ordered Zen and received Flora instead. Now I am concerned if I try to get more of my favorite Zen I will not get it.

Easy to work with. Loved the colors. My granddaughter wears the sweater all the time. Ordered already a second time.

The quality of this product was SO DISAPPOINTING. I was making a blanket for my newest grandchild and there was unraveling yarn, so many knots! It took away from what could have been a lovely blanket. I will never order this again. I expected a better product.

I make washcloths and dishcloths for my friends and family, and this is a lovely yarn for that use. The colors are soft, the quality is high, and the yarn works well for both knitted and crocheted projects. It's not bulky when it's wet, so it works very well as a baby bath cloth too.

As above, very soft and beautiful colors but it is expensive.

I bought this cos of the colour combo. So far works up great for smaller crochet projects and is nice and soft. Costly for the amount you get and might be a tad expensive for "beginners".
