The Coolaroo Sun Shade is beautifully made. When in the down position, it provides protection from the hot sun. It also provides a certain amount of privacy. It was easily installed and very easily operated for opening and closing positions.If I need another on for another area, I would not hesitate to purchase this item again. Thank you. Lorna

We really like the material and the way it fits and how easy it was to install to give us privacy in our hot tub. The service from amazon was so good that we joined Amazon prime. The only thing I can’t figure out is how to get Amazon music unlimited.

I love this product! Easy to install, looks great from the outside as well as the inside, very classy. Perfect colour to go with almond siding. I only wish that I could order another set of bungee tie downs and receivers.

Arrived with slightly bent brackets. I took the tools out, straightened them about 5 degrees, and hung the shade. The distributor agreed to replace the brackets in case my ham-fisted metalworking (my terminology) caused future rusting.They roll fine now anyway and are cooling down the room in the direct western sun - by several degrees.. We use it daily now. Oh, and the neighbours bought one after seeing it...Thanks Coolaroo.Tom
