Good original item but with flaws
The item came in original packaging but apparently the sports cap has leakage issues which is common and I didn't know about. Water seeps when tilted to drink or if in bag.

Good if flask is standing up, leaks when flask is laid down.
Does half of the job I wanted. Good for exercise, cup holder, car journeys, bed side table. Bad if you want to carry your flask in a bag or lay it down when walking round town etc. The air valve leaks water if you lay the flask on its side. I have the original lid for carrying flask in a bag so not the end of the world just need to choose the the right lid. Would of been nice if it did not leak.

Cap leaks- do not buy
The hydroflask Sports Cap is a terrible product, it leaks constantly. I purchased the standard flask with the standard screw cap but liked the idea of having a cap that I could sip or drink from. At nearly £10 I thought this would be suitable and it was made by Hydroflask, so it should have been fine. Nope. ! Save your money. The seller was honest and straightforward , it was just one of their lines. I will try to get my money back direct from Hydroflask.

Very helpful
This lid is very helpful for when using at gym, whilst cycling or when doing other activities that make sure that the bottle is always upright. Leaks a bit and would not recommend to put in bag, but good overall

Replacement for flask top
A genius addition to my hydro flask making it much more user friendly (drink much more water as a consequence) however there is something about the intake valve that means it also seems to suck in a bit of air as you drink which i don't like (but maybe that is unique to just this particular valve). Overall delighted to give my hydro flask a new lease of life!

Overall I’m very happy with it!
It works perfectly well. There is no doubt the air venting valve is a little noisy but I can accept that because it’s a flask that requires sealing to ensure the fluid stays cold.It seals 100% and I’ve had no leaks.It’s tight to open but again it’s what I expect.
