Perfect for hanging pork belly
Sharpened on one end. Easily pierced the pork skin. 2 hooks were used for a 5lb pork belly. Easy cleanup.

These hooks worked well for hanging summer sausage in the smoker!

IMPRACTICAL.
If you use them, the hook itself is 4.5 Inches long, so if you are trying to hang them on an upper over rack, your meat couldn't be very long. You would have to unhook them from a hot upper rack and keep a pan below so they won't drip. Yeah, this is impossible.They weren't that expensive, however, I'm not sure what I'm going to do with them.
