Package already opened
Delivery was good and the actual product appeared to be correct. The problem I think is with the supplier as it had been opened, the plastic covering was ripped and pulled off the back cardboard. As this was a Xmas present for my granddaughter I was extremely disappointed and have returned the product

my daughter loves this doll as part of the collection, mermaid tail becomes a dress very easily for my four year old to switch.
