Great condition, fast delivery
Book was well packaged and was trackable. Arrived on time. The book itself is a good read, from what I have read so far. Easy to understand and apply the techniques, I am very glad I bought it and would recommend it highly to others. I know I shall re-read this book to remind myself of the key facts and the techniques. Nataly Kogan really does make a lot of sense!

Great choice for work book club!
One of my coworkers at the software company where I work started her very first book club by asking us to read this book. They took it slowly and read a couple of chapters per month, which gave everyone time to try out the daily practices that Nataly Kogan recommends. It was really heartwarming to see people open their eyes to the good in their lives and put positive activities into practice. We even have a Happier "slack channel" where people can post what made them happier on a particular day.Bonus: we got to know people from other departments and develop friendships!

Fabulous, well written, important!
As I pre-purchased this book, I was offered an advance digital copy. I read it in a few days and loved it. None of these concepts was particularly new to me, as I am a therapist and have been a student of the neuroscientific concepts herein for some time, but I love the way that the book is arranged and I love Nataly's personal stories. The concepts presented are solid and WILL change your attitude, if you apply them. I will be recommending this book to many of my clients!

You are enough. That's one of the most important lessons I learned from this book.
The woman who wrote this book has taught me so much this year. About myself. How to practice acceptance, gratitude, intentional kindness, find my bigger why (still working on this one) and the importance of self-care. This last one is hard for me. But I am learning that I can't give what I don't have. That I am enough. That in taking care of myself I can better care for those I love. Please read this book and start these daily practices. You will change your life and the lives of those around you. And if enough of us do this, we can change the world. You are enough.
