After a lot of research I decided to give NMN a try and I am so happy that I did. The energy that I have regained is quite astonishing (but by no means jittery or unmanageable). Maybe I'm not old enough yet to feel any real benefit from taking these Pure Nicotinamide Mononucleotide Capsules from NMN Bio - except I am old enough and I don't feel much benefit from them. Maybe I'm just so full of beans that a few more beans aren't necessary, it's possible but I also think if all I needed was a bit of a boost then there are cheaper ways to achieve it, like caffeine. So if I haven't seen any major difference to my energy levels maybe the benefit of taking these is more the possible age-defying effects but then you're paying a lot of money on the off-chance they do something later.I'm not against taking supplement as an insurance policy against future ailments or weakness but I'd want the benefits to either be somewhat self-evident or well-established and at the moment neither seem to be true with this one. Ordinarily I might be willing to take a supplement on the off-chance it reaps benefits later but at the current price NMN supplements seem like a very expensive gamble I don't need to take. It's been interesting trying them and they seem to have been of real benefit to other reviewers but so far I'm drawing a blank. Maybe later!
