WaterpikComplete Care 5.0 Water Flosser + Sonic Electric Toothbrush, White WP-861

I recently got dental implants and it was recommended that I use a Waterpik and electric toothbrush. I purchased this unit and it worked flawlessly - for 6 months. Then the toothbrush wouldn't charge. I'd get a few seconds of charge and then it would die. I contacted Waterpik and did a chat with someone there. They gave me instructions on how to reset the battery. After a few attempts, it worked and the toothbrush worked flawlessly - for about a week. I did the reset again and got it to work for a day or two. After a week or so like this, I emailed the company. After providing them with my receipt I asked for a replacement toothbrush. The next day I got an email that my order had shipped. They sent me a whole new unit!! I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this product.

I had a Waterpik last year that lasted about 1 year. I was dissatisfied with the lifetime for the price so I decided to try an off-brand. The first one lasted 3 months, the second lasted 2 weeks. Each time the flosser nozzle stopped working. I would rather pay the extra price to get a quality product (although I have registered my product and am keeping the box since it says I have a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.) Looking forward to clean, healthy teeth.

My family has used Oral B electric brushes for over 15 years, but with our 11 year-old needing braces, we looked for a better way he could floss than with the string flossers. After a day of research, reading reviews, watching videos, and basically using Amazon's customers to provide background for my decision, I purchased 3 of these - one for my husband, one for the 11 year-old, and one for myself!! I am flabbergasted that I didn't know about something like this before now. I have struggled with string flossing for years, and was never told by any dentist that I was doing a good job, though I really put a lot of effort into being sure to do as thorough a cleaning as I could. After the first use of the Water Pik 5.0 (Model 861WW) followed by a brushing with the WaterPik toothbrush, my mouth and teeth felt better than when I leave the dentist office after a 6-month cleaning. I will be buying more of this model for gifts to my older children this Christmas, as I want everyone in my family to have one. The footprint of this model is so small that it fits on the edge of our double bathroom sinks in nearly the same space that the Oral B electric brushes alone fit. What a great designed compact product that does a wonderful job,. You won't be sorry if you give this a try, believe me.

Toothbrush works well. Leaves my teeth feeling real clean without using the water flosser. Coming from a Hum brush, the watering brabd feels a little more powerful but I wish the brushing didn't stop exactly at two minutes like the Hum.The water flosser is awesome. Easy to fill and carries pretty decent pressure.Only gripe is the case came broken. Not sure if it happened in transit or if I bought someone's used toothbrush. Hope not. Either way I'm satisfied with my purchase. Maybe they'll send me one that's not broken though.

My first one lasted almost eight years. I loved it so much I just bought another one, only white this time (my first one was black). I was going to get a black one again but the white one costed a bit less, so I got it. I like the convenience of having the toothbrush and Waterpik in the same unit. I like the shape of the toothbrush head - it’s compact and the narrow shape at the end allows me to reach my back teeth very well. And I like the “cat tongue” on the back of the toothbrush that cleans my tongue really good. Highly recommend!!

This is my husband’s second WaterPik 2.0 in 2+ years. He purchased this model in January of 2024, and 12 months and a few days later the toothbrush will not charge. Though this was recommended by our hygienist, at $170.00+ to replace it every year, he will be switching to a less expensive, and hopefully more dependable product.

Waterpick portion is very strong. Battery in toothbrush lasts long time between charges. Good value for the money

This is my second one. Used the first for several years with no problems. Eventually the toothbrush quit working, so I got a new one. Very easy to use and makes teeth feel clean and healthy.
