I added carboard to this with duct tape to support my back while I was on my bed (mattress) doing back exercises that I could not do on thetop of the mattress because my weight caused too much of a slanted depression. I really needed something to simply go under my lower backand this has been a salvation. I know it is used conventionally in a different way but am so thankful I could manipulate to help go forward inthis problem. I am thinking I could purchase a few more and tape them together for super strength, too. I am overweight so you can see thatthese are pretty well made as alone under the mattress they also work very well, as intended, of course. will buy again and recommend.

This product really works. It instantly removed the sag from my King sized bed and provided some much needed lower back support too! I recommend this product as an inexpensive and effective option to purchasing a new mattress due to sagging.
