I got this free or discounted in exchange in for my honest review and opinions I really like this I keep it beside my bed and so much easier to spray it then getting up in middle of night getting pills and drink. Only thing was I found it weaker than what I thought it should have been I wish it had stronger bottles or more in this bottle. Just my opinion though some people are probably ok with just one milligram of melatonin overall the taste though is great and it works fast and lasts a long night of sleep
